"My boulevard had broke down and since it was a day before a holiday, AAA couldn't get to tow my bike for at least 3 hours. I called Dan and he sent out a trailer to pick me up within 30 min. Not only did they fix my problem I had asked them to service the bike also. Even though it was around the Holiday and the first week of deer season Jason made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. "I bought a 2012 cfmoto X6LWB 600 a month ago. After I bought it , I wanted a snow plow, called Jason and told him what I wanted. Jason said we have them in stock. Come up and i'll install it for you. When they said the service was good, They proved it to me that moring when they installed the plow. I was in and out the door in no time. The two guys and Jason did the job in a matter of no time at all. Everything works great. So if you buy a atv from them and you want a snow plow, buy it from them and let them do the install. "Jason & Dan are great to deal with .I just bought a 2012 X6LWB CFMoto ATV from them. What a machine, I already have a CanAm 500 v-twin 2up. This CFMoto will walk all over it. For the money i paid for the CFMoto, I didn't go wrong on it. Jason & Dan treated me so good,they didn't BS me around. That was what made the deal there & the CFMoto. I ride with a bunch of guys. I'll tell all of them to go deal with these guys. And go test ride a CFMoto. The machine sells itself. "I'm getting old and "needed" an ATV for hunting so I did some internet searching and sent e-mails to a couple of dealships that had ATVs that interested me. Dan responded the same day with detailed information on the King Quad 750, costs, financing, and answered all my quesitons. Then you throw in 0% for 48 months by Suzuki and it was a no brainer for me; the wife took a couple of days to come around to the "need" part though. I made the drive and spoke with Jason Karns; very professional, friendly, and VERY knowledgable and made the decision to buy the Quad. They had it serviced that evening, it's in my garage, and ready for the woods -- need to check the food plots, this time in style! "First off, the key to success is customer service. Dan and Jason Karns provided that above and beyond. Stopped to look at the Badboy mowers (which I have done a great extent of research and heard nothing but great things about this company and there product) Dan allowed me to demo a Badboy Outlaw XP 61" and let me tell you....I was overly impressed, hills, rough terrain, high grass, wet grass....it handled it all with ease. The suspension is unbelievable! Brought the demo back and purchased the same model that day! EXCELLENT overall service..Thank you! From WELL DONE Lawn Care & Winter Maintenance.
